- Neil Hollinshead Review added: 2018.03.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to become involved with. I feel aggrieved to have to award them one star to write this review when they have done absolutely nothing to deserve it.
After years of paying them, I approached them with one problem. I found the staff to be rude, dismissive, arrogant and condescending. It was then that I began to read the numerous, well earned, one star reviews on Google. Perhaps Mainstay could improve their rating by spending less time writing thin skinned replies and more time trying to be a better company. Their temerity in continually expressing faux outage at poor reviews is astounding. If they had any human decency they would show some contrition for the distress they have caused to so many people. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.
